Javin was born in Sioux falls, South Dakota. He was raised in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He comes from a Single mother household. He was always was pushing himself to do better no matter what it is. He started photography when he was 17. He was always very Creative but, has started to use his gifts more when he picked up a camera and realized he has a gift!

Javin as over time picked up the nickname/stage name Light. Short for lighltyshaded and has stood with him.

Javin kept doing photography and explored his options in the photography world like; Portrait, Landscape, Street, wedding and much more. Pushing his limits to find out his best areas and finding out who as a artist he truly is, A GREAT ARTIST!
